I started working with Gary Hosie and his team late August, 2014 and during my time working closely with Gary Hosie and the rest of the team, I developed a sincere appreciation and admiration for what Gary and the team were all about.
As a member of the Sales Team, part of my role was to highlight all the good things that building with Gary Hosie would do for each and every client. I saw that building with Gary meant a Quality Build. As a result, I chose to build with the team myself, and have been excited and happy to do so.
I chose to build their next Display Home, currently on display at 46 Maygar Avenue, Wodonga at the new Palms Display Village, White Box Rise.

After working with Gary Hosie and the team in Albury Wodonga for almost a year, I had the opportunity to move onto my own business, but the business of building the Display Home still needed to continue. At this point I had the opportunity of becoming an ‘everyday’ client and experiencing it all from a different angle.
Gary and the team continued to provide everything I needed to do or know about during the build. I could contact them at any time if I had any concerns and despite all the rain during the build period, nothing was too much bother. They instilled in me a confidence that is often missing when building and one I had not experienced in the past. I was not disappointed with my choice to build with this company.
Gary inspires confidence in his ability as a builder, he doesn’t just take care with the areas you can see, he also takes care with the areas you can’t see.
