It is with pleasure that I provide this testimonial for Hosies Homes.

Having just had my new home handed over to me I am excited to be in it. After getting plans drawn up, I spent four months comparing quotes from seven separate local builders. I chose Hosies Homes Firstly on the build quality of their display home, secondly word of mouth from close friends in the building trade, thirdly the cost (of course) and overall their high level of standard inclusions. Everything was included up front in their initial costings. There were no hidden extras that other builders disguise behind a cheaper looking quote.

This being the first home I have had built. It was with trepidation that I started the process but was assured from the onset by Gary and his team that the process would be smooth and hassle free. Even though there were small issues along the way they were rectified promptly without aggravation and with minimal interruptions. There was always someone to answer any questions I had and I was kept informed and up to date with the buildings progression.

As for the quality of the finished product, well it’s stunning! I had external tradesman, who I know personally, come through on final inspection and no defects were found. I am writing this testimonial after only three days in so as you can imagine I’m still very excited about my new home but I am sure the positive, friendly repour that I have had with Gary and his family will exist into the future should any issues arise.

So in summary I thoroughly recommend Hosies Homes to build your dream. Building a home is a huge decision and a massive financial investment for us all. I feel that I got everything and more that I paid for and no corners were cut on quality. Hosies Homes are honest, reliable and most importantly they stand by their word.
