“When we decided to downsize and build for the first time on our block in the Hume Country Estate we visited multiple display homes looking at designs, layouts etc.
We decided to build with Hosies Homes Albury Wodonga for a number of reasons:

The construction quality and workmanship of the Hosies Homes Albury Wodonga Display Home we based our final plan on was first class.
We were impressed with the professionalism of Gary and the sales staff, Susan Anderson, helping us finalize the house plan. What they promised – is what they delivered.
We modified the design of the existing Hosies Homes Display Home where we wanted an extended alfresco area and larger open plan family area. We made other modifications to the bathrooms, additional shelving and a few other things. Nothing was a problem for Gary and his team.
At no time did Gary and his team question our wishes and were extremely helpful in the process and offered many suggestions.
When construction started we both made regular visits to the site to see what was happening and, as usual, Gary was on site monitoring the building progress. All the contracted tradesmen were very obliging and open to questions we had of them – very friendly and NOTHING was a problem. These tradesmen are obviously chosen by Gary to suit his work ethic of excellence in their specific trade.
We were very impressed with the fact that we were dealing with the builder and owner (Gary) who was local and available at any time to discuss progress or any questions we had. Again, NOTHING was a problem.
Overall, building with Gary Hosie and his team from Hosies Homes Albury Wodonga was an excellent experience and we are very happy with the end result.
Follow up service has been very good and we feel comfortable knowing that if anything should go wrong, Gary is only a phone call away.
