Our best decision

We have just built our first new home with Gary Hosie and the Hosies Homes Team in Albury/Wodonga, and let me start off by saying how easy building is.  Or, I should say how easy it is to build when you have a great builder.

Our home site was on a slightly sloping block, and we knew would present some problems and cost for the builder. But as we went from homebuilder to homebuilder most just flubbed it off, saying they would work out the additional cost after signing. Gary Hosie was the one builder that asked to meet us on site and show us some home plans that would maximise our living space and minimise the building cost. The team also did some initial investigations on the block title, and turned up some mistakes on our title plan – all this without signing. After choosing a plan, Gary Hosie presented my wife and I with a cost, it was too good to refuse.

Gary and his Hosies Homes Albury Wodonga team started the build, and I watched my dollars being put to work. When I would go out to look at the site, I could talk to the workers and get their opinion on things – they where all helpful and professional. I remember an offhand comment about a door position; the next day when I took my wife out, it was changed. That’s what I love about Gary Hosie and his Team in Albury Wodonga nothing is a problem.
